Akay is not just a trainer. He is an architect of transformation.
As the founder of WhiteMoon Fitness, he brings over two decades of passion into a mission that goes beyond physical change. His approach to fitness is rooted in discipline, presence, and the pursuit of self-mastery.
He is certified through NASM as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNC), and the author of Akay’s Guide to Nutrition (2024), a clear and structured roadmap to modern well-being.
Akay has helped busy professionals, parents, and everyday individuals reconnect with their strength and energy through programs designed to fit real life. His method is simple: efficient workouts, symbolic structure, and systems that guide you back to who you truly are.
He doesn’t just train bodies. He trains the will to begin again.
